GDPR ARE YOU PROTECTED
We all remember all of those annoying emails that arrived May 2018 with the update privacy policies to comply with GDPR. Well like many small business, I didn't know what to or where to turn and always wondered if I had done enough to be legally compliant; no one wants a fine of thousands of pounds from the ICO (Information Commissioners Office).
Recently I found a company GDPR ADVISORS so I decided to go back to the drawing board. They provide over 40-vidoes, all ranging from 2-10 minutes so you can absorb the information on a time scale that suited my work load.
They supply all your templates along with checklists. You can ask questions on their forum or email them direct and one of the team will respond.
Therefore I have revamped the following items:
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Data Protection Policy
- Compiled my Data Audit (where is all the data stored)
- Compiled my Retention Policy (how long is each data stored for)

How much did all this cost? There are variety of packages, but the one most suited to most small businesses is GDPR implementation for Small Businesses costing a one off fee of £199 including vat.
