FULL TIME LANDLORDS - RENTAL BUSINESS

• Assuming the rent is paid, you should not suffer from the outbreak.

• Rents - are deferred rent will have to paid at some point, because any mortgage holiday has to be caught up.
• Tenants - are advised to apply for Universal Credit if they need some assistance.
• Evictions - require 3-month arrears first before you can commence proceedings (previously 2-months).
• Private renters on benefits will receive a small increase to help pay rent from April. I have no other information on benefits.
