They said it is almost impossible to release cash from your pension before aged 55. The only exception I am aware of is if you are terminally ill.

"If someone is tell you that you can get your some or your entire pension before 55, there is a high chance it will be a scam". "Most scams start with an unsolicited phone call or email, they may offer a free pension review or make reference to that it is a government sponsored thing, hang the phone & delete the email. Professional advisors do not approach member of the public in that way, so you should be on your guard immediately. Never give personal information by phone or email until you have fully engaged with an advisor. They will write you to also detailing their charges before you begin the process".
